It provides the strength and flexibility necessary to resist punctures and withstand the rigorous handling during transport, while also preventing the spread of light, UV rays, moisture, and odors. While providing unparalleled temperature control, our insulation cover is also a more cost-effective solution compared to cold chain container transport. It employs a foldable soft package structure, combined with our RAL-certified phase change materials (available at any temperature from -50℃~100℃), will ensure precise temperature control of your products in extreme environments.

Advantages

One example of our cost-effective solution is using low cost PCMsthat operate at a temperature range of 32-38℃ to passively absorb the cooling potential of the natural environment. This approach can minimize the volume of PCM needed, while effectively and economically addressing the challenge of transporting drugs that must remain below 40℃. By avoiding over-engineering, unnecessary expenses can be avoided as well.
